Whether working with Principal Contractors or supporting subcontractors operating within larger delivery frameworks, we focus on maintaining grip on health and safety throughout the project lifecycle — from planning and mobilisation through to delivery and review — giving confidence that risks are being managed effectively in real‑world conditions.

Construction Phase Plans (CPP)

We develop and review Construction Phase Plans (CPPs) that provide clear site arrangements and coordination, whether for Principal Contractors managing complex sites or contractors working within wider project frameworks.

Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

We support contractors at all levels with the preparation and review of RAMS that are proportionate, clear and accepted on site. This may involve producing straightforward RAMS for individual trades or one‑off works, or providing quality assurance and challenge for more complex submissions on larger sites.

In all cases, the focus is on ensuring RAMS reflect how work will actually be carried out, meet site expectations, and provide practical control of risk rather than generic paperwork.

Site Inspections and Audit Reports

We carry out regular site inspections and targeted audits to provide assurance that health and safety arrangements are being implemented effectively and risks are being managed on site.

Construction‑Specific H&S Policies

We develop construction‑specific health and safety policies that support site delivery and CDM compliance, providing clear frameworks that align with how work is planned and carried out on site.
